I used to struggle with brain fog every single morning, no matter how much sleep I got. I’d also have long (33 days+) menstrual cycles and bleed heavily causing/due to iron deficiency. Ever since taking moringa, my cycle has decreased ( < 30 days) and my bleeding is bearable. I can function from the second I wake up til late at night, running on 4-5hours of sleep. I’ve been mixing a levelled tsp of it with two heaped tsp of collagen daily and my skin is also happier. However, I’ve noticed that Moringa is very dehydrating. I use this though to push me to take more fluids. One needs to drink over 2L of water a day else it might cause kidney stones so drinking sufficient water will flush anything nasty out.
