About this Recipe

Our super healthy seed bars are a great on the go snack. Plus they’re energising, keep you regular and they’re packed with benefits! Give this recipe a go and let us know what you think. Packed with golden linseed – powerhouses of nutrition. They have a subtle nutty, slightly earthy flavour and are a cheap superfood that everyone can include in their diet. Linseeds are the richest plant source of omega 3 fats, which are essential for a healthy brain, heart, joints and immune system. 

Ingredients

  • 125g honey
  • 125g pumpkin seeds
  • 125g  sunflower seeds
  • 250g roasted coconut
  • 62.5g chia seeds
  • 62.5g sesame seeds
  • 62.5g flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 5ml vanilla extract

1. Simply mix these ingredients in a bowl. Once combined roll out evenly [place a sheet of baking paper between the mixture and the rolling pin] on a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 30mins. You don’t get easier than that.
