TERMS AND CONDITIONS – WIN A WINTER WARMER HOLIDAY WORTH R20 000

  1. Promoter: This competition is run by The Health Food Emporium ("the Promoter"), accessible at www.thehealthfoodemporium.co.za.
  2. Competition Period: The competition runs from 27 February 2026 to 20 April 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
  3. Eligibility: The competition is open to South African residents, 18 years or older. Employees of The Health Food Emporium, their immediate family members, agents, and affiliates are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to Enter: To qualify for entry, participants must:
    • Spend R700 or more in a single transaction on The Health Food Emporium's online store during the competition period;
    • Share a photo or video of their purchase on their personal social media account(s);
    • Tag @TheHealthFoodEmporium and five (5) friends in the post; and
    • Use the hashtag #THFEHOLIDAY in the post.
  5. Entry Limit: Only one entry per qualifying purchase is permitted. Multiple purchases during the competition period each qualify as a separate entry.
  6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Winter Warmer Holiday to the value of R20 000. The prize is not transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be accepted as offered.
  7. Prize Conditions: The holiday prize is subject to availability and booking conditions. Travel dates are subject to the Promoter's or travel partner's approval. The prize does not include personal expenses, travel insurance, or any costs not explicitly stated.
  8. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place after 20 April 2025.
  9. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter and/or by email within 7 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select an alternative winner.
  10. Winner Announcement: The winner's name (or social media handle) may be published on The Health Food Emporium's social media platforms.
  11. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information, uses fraudulent means to enter, or otherwise breaches these terms and conditions.
  12. Social Media Disclaimer: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Entrants release each platform from any liability in connection with this competition.
  13. Privacy: By entering, participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this competition, in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation (POPIA).
  14. General: The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice, should circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.
