We currently only ship within South Africa.

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Please note that orders placed after midday on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped that afternoon

We ship nationwide across South Africa using our trusted courier partners. No matter where you are, we’ll make sure your order gets to you safely and reliably.

Product

Your safety is our priority. We follow strict food safety practices to keep all our customers safe, which means we cannot accept returns on opened food products due to potential contamination risks.

If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle it:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. A photo of the item and proof of purchase will be required. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product (shipping may be at your cost).
  • Once approved, we’ll refund you in full for the product or send a replacement in your next order.
  • Orders can be cancelled only if payment has not yet been made, or before your order has been dispatched.
  • If your order arrives broken or incorrect, please notify us within 1 business day. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or provide a full refund.

We always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly so you can shop with confidence.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer product personalization. All of our products are carefully packed in resealable zip-lock bags, each labeled with the product name, batch number, and expiry date to ensure freshness and traceability.

Yes. We take quality seriously — and upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for any of our packed products. This certificate confirms the product’s quality, safety, and batch-specific details.

Retail Stores

Not yet — our only retail store is currently located at Blueberry Square in Gauteng.

We aim to give you the best value whether you shop in-store or online. Because the costs of running a physical shop and an online store are different, pricing can vary:

  • smaller quantities (under 500g) are usually cheaper.
  • larger quantities (500g and above) are more cost-effective.

This way, you can choose the option that works best for your needs.
