Strong taste, not for the weak. But supposedly very healthy. I mix a booster morning shot of one teaspoon of this, one of honey and two fingers height of milk then flush it down with water after.

Great value! Don't expect it to taste like a flavoured milkshake, it is pure whey. Unflavoured, no nonsense. Add hot chocolate powder or milkshake flavouring if you want a milkshake.

I tried baking with it, and it was a disaster. I messaged Health Food Emporium via the chat seeking advice on how to use it, and I got no useful advice. Now, it is sitting in my cupboard, and I have no clue what to do with it. It is a difficult product to use and requires copious amounts of ingredients. For example, a recipe normally requiring 2-3 eggs, uses 6 eggs with coconut flour. I honestly regret this purchase and the sunflower seed flour.
