Rice milk powder is made from brown or white rice milk and can be used as a milk alternative. It has a fine smooth texture, gentle flavour and is light cream in colour.
Ideal for blending, drinking, cooking and baking. It can also be used with cereals.

Uses:
- Used as a lactose free alternative
- Add 3 tablespoons of rice milk powder to 1 cup of water,
- To make 1 L, add 100g to water and whisk well.
