Shipping policy

We want to ensure every customer all over South Africa can take advantage of The Health Food Emporium's wide range of affordable products!  We have also tried to ensure that our shipping costs are also very affordable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Customer service is very important to us; we therefore want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched daily (except Saturday & Sundays – these orders will be packed and sent on Monday). Your order should be received within 2-5 business days.

Please note that we are unable to take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your delivery and goods once it has left our premises and been delivered to your address.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Postal Lockers or P.O. Box’s. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

We do our best to make sure our website reflects the products that are in stock, but since stock levels are constantly changing and there may be unforeseen delays from suppliers, sometimes the product you order may not be available. If this is the case we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund on that particular product or ask you if you wish to wait for your order to be sent once the product is received. We apologise if this happens and appreciate your understanding.
