Gluten-free flour, made only from raw, dried sunflower seeds. Sunflower flour is nut-free grain-free and is a good source of plant protein. 

Properties:

  • Rich in anti-oxidants (Selenium) and fibre
  • It has a mild nutty taste
  • Good source of fat especially Linolenic acid & Vitamin E
  • Rich in vitamins including vitamin E and Minerals
