Spirulina PLUS.......

Has since many years become part of my life, super healthy. Take it every morning. It is a part of the following concoction.: (all in a large beer mug) = I Tbsp 'Lemon paste'. (ground up paste of whole lemons, made for a month ++ and stored in freezer / fridge), 2-3 Tbsp of Tomato / Onion paste ( Tomato blended and then put in pan with some coconut oil and simmered for ca 1 hour to create a paste, which makes it much more potent in its healing abilities than a raw tomato.I add fine chapped Onions in at nearly the end. Put in sieve and drain. I tsp. of Garlic Ginger Paste. (5 Bulbs and same amount of Ginger pealed (50 / 50 blended with one cup of Olive oil) Store in fridge for -3 weeks.

Fill up Mug 1/2 with hot water and hand stir. Add he following: 1/4 Tsp Black `pepper or the activation of Turmeric, 1/2 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper, 1 Tsp of Cinnamon, 1/4 Tsp of Cardamon, mix by hand, then add 1 Tsp Spirulina pwd, 1 Tsp Moringa pwd, 1Tsp Turmeric pwd, 1 Tsp Neem pwd, 2 Tsp. Beetroot pwd.

Fill up with hot water and stir. It does not taste too bad, BUT gives you all you need for the day ! 'Enjoy your Health'. ([****])
