Properties:

• Gluten and sugar-free, low carb, high in fibre with no artificial additives – they are a dense, decadent delight that’s oozing with flavour and made with ingredients that are good for you.
• NuMe premixes are incredibly easy to make and need just 15 minutes in the oven. 

Ingredients:

• Blending ground pecan nuts, with sunflower flour, cocoa, sugar-free chocolate and xylitol.

Uses:

• Top with our sugar-free chocolate drops or chocolate mixed into whipped cream.
• Serve with a knob of butter or double cream – berries and pecan nuts.
• Sprinkle grated dark chocolate chips and cinnamon over the top and serve with Chantilly cream.
• Use erythritol icing sugar, cocoa and butter to make a frosting.
