NuMe Chocolate & Pecan Nut Brownie Mix

Moist, nutty in flavour, rich, yet not too sweat – our NuMe “Not So Naughty” pecan nut brownies are the definition of guilt-free eating at its best! 

Properties:

• Gluten and sugar-free, low carb, high in fibre with no artificial additives – they are a dense, decadent delight that’s oozing with flavour and made with ingredients that are good for you.
• NuMe premixes are incredibly easy to make and need just 15 minutes in the oven.

• 2098 (kJ) energy
• 16.1 g Protein
• 29 g Carbohydrate
• 3.2 g Sugar
• 36.2 g Fat
• 19 mg Sodium

ground pecan nuts

• sunflower flour
• cocoa
• sugar-free chocolate
• xylitol.

Recipe:
300g Brownie Pre-mix
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease small baking dish
Mix all wet ingredients together
Add pre-mix & mix all ingredients together
Spoon mixture into small baking dish
Bake for 15 minutes
Makes 6 generous brownies

Top with our sugar-free chocolate drops or chocolate mixed into whipped cream.
Serve with a knob of butter or double cream – berries and pecan nuts.
Sprinkle grated dark chocolate chips and cinnamon over the top and serve with Chantilly cream.
Use erythritol icing sugar, cocoa and butter to make a frosting.
