How to Use Bentonite Clay
- Face mask: Mix 1 tablespoon of clay with 1 tablespoon of water (or apple cider vinegar for a stronger mask) into a smooth paste. Apply to clean skin, leave for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Use 1–2 times a week.
- Hair and scalp mask: Mix clay with water to a yoghurt-like consistency. Apply to the scalp and hair, leave for 10–20 minutes, then rinse well and wash as usual.
