For general gut wellbeing:
• Start with 1 tablespoon daily, sprinkled over cereal, fruit, yoghurt, or salads
• Gradually increase to 2 tablespoons daily as needed
For constipation:
• Start with 1 tablespoon daily, soaked in 60 ml of water or milk for 2–5 minutes
• Add to breakfast or smoothies
• Gradually increase to 2 tablespoons daily
Dosage Recommendations (by age):
• Children 2 years and up:
Start with ½ teaspoon daily, gradually increasing to 1 teaspoon
• Children 7 years and older:
Begin with 1 teaspoon, building up to 2–3 teaspoons daily
• Teenagers & adults:
Gradually increase to 1–2 tablespoons daily
