• Desiccated Coconut
• Cocoa powder
• Baking powder (Cream of Tartar and Baking Soda)
• Just add water, egg, sweetener and oil

• Top with sugar-free Belgian chocolate or 80% dark chocolate mixed into whipped cream.
• Sprinkle over grated orange rind and accompany with a small slice of orange.
• Serve with a knob of butter or double cream – berries and pecan nuts.
• Sprinkle grated dark chocolate chips and cinnamon over the top and serve with Chantilly cream.
• Use erythritol icing sugar, cocoa and butter to make frosting for a more traditional cupcake.
