Uses:
- Quinoa needs to be rinsed off before cooking to remove saponification (soapiness) which causes it to be bitter.
- Bring water to boil, add grain, reduce to simmer, coverand allow to absorb. 1 cup quinoa, 2 cups water.
- Added to salads or as a base to a Budda Bowl
- Add cooked quinoa to breakfast muffins
- Use a breakfast dish with avo & scrambled eggs.
